- Voltage Protection: Upper and lower limit can be defined in each phase (220V) instead of consolidated 3 phase (440 V). This means maximum safety.
- Over & Under Load protection can be defined by ampere setting in individual phase.
- Phase Preventer saves electrical parts when the single or two phase is out of supply.
- Phase Sequence Corrector / Auto Phase Changer automatically corrects the phase polarity when phase in the supply get changes.
- MFFS (Magnet Floor And Final Sensing with the help of REED sensor) latest upgrade of limit switch (old & traditional technology). Though Reed sensor works on sensing technology instead of physical contact, their life is very high. Also, accuracy of the same is unmatched.
- Special M.C.B. developed for Rachna Elevator & Cranes to provide final safety in case of malfunctioning in the panel.
- Buffer is provided in the pit to cure the cabin from damage.

- Emergency Stop button is provided on all floor to stop the cabin in case of emergency.
- Electrical Mechanical Door Lock: -
- Door will not open during the lift movement.
- Door will open only on the floor where the cabin land.
- Until all the gates were closed lift will not move.
- Over Speed Governor stop the lift in case of free fall of the cabin by applying mechanical brake / safety dogs. This comes with counterweight.
Drum Type Elevators
Drum Type Elevator are very economical in the category. In this system rope winds on the drum when cabin moves upward respectively rope gets unwind from the drum when cabin moves in the downward direction. Advantage: –

Counter weight Elevator is bit expensive. In this type Geared traction machine is used in which motor is coupled to a worm which transmit the motion to the pulley / sheave through worm gear. Sheave moves the wire rope in too & fro motion who’s one end tie with the cabin & other tie with the counter weight. Advantage: –

Hydraulic Elevator
Hydraulic Elevator is safest technology. It works in such a manner when oil push in the cylinder with the help of power pack piston moves up which rise the cabin. On another side by just releasing the wall oil from the cylinder come back in the power pack which lower down the cabin. Advantage: –
- Security & Privacy: All the system is installed on initial level, so maintenance people won’t move up.
- Half Running Cost: It consumes energy in up direction only.
- Cost Saving: –
- Doesn’t require heavy structure (column, beam, pillar) because machine is not installed on the top. That means huge saving on construction cost.
- No over Head & Machine room required means again huge cost saving in construction and in exterior also.
- As there is no overhead and machine room, now roof top can be used which was earlier not possible because of no lift opening over there.
- Though panel install on initial level instead of top floor or in the machine room wiring expense for 3-phase and earthing connection will save

STRUCTURE ELEVATOR
If there is no shaft to put the elevator, either inside the building or outside the building, a structure can be fabricated to put the elevator. Structure can be covered by any material (GP sheet/ Glass/fiber etc.)
