MFFS (Magnet Floor And Final Sensing with the help of REED sensor) latest upgrade of limit switch (old & traditional technology). Though Reed sensor works on sensing technology instead of physical contact, their life is very high. Also, accuracy of the same is unmatched.

Counter weight Elevator is bit expensive. In this type Geared traction machine is used in which motor is coupled to a worm which transmit the motion to the pulley / sheave through worm gear. Doesn’t require heavy structure (column, beam, pillar) because machine is not installed on the top. That means huge saving on construction cost.
